Vision is such an overused term. So let me clarify:
- Vision is your future picture
- It’s where you are leading your business
- It helps to bring clarity. The clearer it is, the faster you’ll get there (wherever there is..)
- It aligns the organization and makes decision making easier. Alignment = acceleration.
